Job Title: General Manager - Performance Marketing

Location: Mumbai (Andheri - Marol) WFO

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced General Manager - Performance Marketing to drive strategic

and data-driven marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead performance marketing

efforts, focusing on user acquisition, ROI optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. This

role is crucial to expanding our reach and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies across multiple channels (search, social, display, affiliate, etc.).
• Identify and engage target audiences to maximize engagement and conversions.
• Define performance goals and KPIs aligned with business objectives.

User Acquisition & Campaign Management

• Drive user acquisition efforts via digital channels, ensuring optimal conversion rates.
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.

Budget Management & ROI Optimization

• Plan and manage the marketing budget to ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
• Track performance, forecast budgets, and implement cost-efficient tactics.
• Conduct A/B testing and data-driven analyses to optimize ROI and campaign performance.

Analytics & Reporting

• Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to monitor campaign success.
• Generate performance reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Test and optimize campaigns for better audience engagement and results.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor a team of performance marketing specialists.
• Promote continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.

Stakeholder Management

• Build relationships with external vendors, partners, and agencies.
• Regularly update senior management with performance insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 8-12 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in the digital or healthcare sectors.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale campaigns with strong ROI.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEMrush, and Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical, project management, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
