Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to spearhead paid marketing efforts and drive measurable growth for our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-budget performance campaigns ($1M+ in transactions) across Google PPC and other paid marketing channels, working with international brands, and delivering exceptional ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performance Campaign Management:
  
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads (PPC), Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.
• Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI and minimize CAC.
• Lead performance marketing initiatives for international markets, including Europe, the Middle East, and the USA.
• Strategic Planning & Execution:
  
• Develop and implement performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Research and target audiences, ensuring campaigns are tailored to specific market dynamics.
• Drive paid strategies for marketplaces and e-commerce websites to scale transactions and improve key metrics.
• Data Analysis & Optimization:
  
• Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and other analytics platforms.
• Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting to identify high-performing combinations.
• Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and LTV, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
  
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging paid marketing channels.
• Implement new strategies and platforms to enhance performance.
• Collaboration & Team Leadership:
  
• Work closely with design, content, and product teams to align campaign creatives with branding and user experience goals.
• Mentor and guide junior performance marketers to ensure consistent execution of marketing objectives.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience:
  
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing high-budget paid marketing campaigns.
• Proven track record with $1M+ in e-commerce or marketplace transactions.
• Prior experience working with international brands and managing campaigns across multiple regions.
• Technical Skills:
  
• Expertise in Google Ads (PPC), Meta Ads, and other paid platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, and Excel.
• Experience with programmatic advertising, retargeting, and remarketing strategies.
• Communication Skills:
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to report insights and strategies to stakeholders effectively.
• Industry Knowledge:
  
• Familiarity with the e-commerce or marketplace ecosystem.
• Up-to-date knowledge of performance marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with marketplaces or ticketing platforms.
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing and influencer partnerships.
• Exposure to managing campaigns on emerging platforms like TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic ad networks.
