We are seeking a highly experienced SEO Lead to spearhead our international growth strategy and scale our online presence across key markets.

Role Overview:
As the SEO Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving organic growth, improving search engine rankings, and maximizing website traffic. You will lead a team of SEO specialists and collaborate with cross-functional departments to execute advanced SEO strategies tailored for global e-commerce markets. This is a leadership role requiring a seasoned professional with in-depth knowledge of SEO for e-commerce websites and a track record of success in international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aimed at increasing organic traffic and revenue across multiple international markets (Europe, Middle East, USA).
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SEO specialists, ensuring alignment with business goals and KPIs.
• Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and market penetration.
• Optimize website architecture, on-page content, and technical SEO to improve search engine visibility and user experience.
• Develop and execute link-building campaigns, outreach strategies, and partnerships to enhance domain authority.
• Collaborate with content, development, and product teams to align SEO efforts with broader business objectives.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and emerging SEO technologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in SEO, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of driving organic growth for e-commerce websites in Europe, the Middle East, and the USA.
• In-depth knowledge of technical SEO, on-page/off-page optimization, and local SEO for multiple markets.
• Strong experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and similar platforms.
• Advanced understanding of HTML, CSS, and website development processes as they relate to SEO.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience in building and scaling SEO teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex SEO strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce is a plus.
