Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Head. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and analytics, with a proven track record of driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through various performance marketing channels.

Candidate should have experience with Ecommerce / Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brands

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive performance marketing strategy to maximize ROI across all digital channels, including paid search, social media, display advertising, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to measure and optimize campaign effectiveness, managing budgets and forecasting ROI to drive growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and creative, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and refine existing strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with key external partners, agencies, and vendors to enhance marketing performance.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategy and identify new customer segments.

Skills Required.

• Bachelors degree.
• Proven experience in a performance marketing leadership role within the D2C / Ecommerce sector with a strong focus on digital marketing.
• Extensive knowledge of performance marketing tools, analytics platforms, and optimization strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
