Role & responsibilities

• Ensure all the Raw Materials and Packaging Materials are received as per specifications .
• Ensure timely release of RM /PM
• Ensure effective implementation of RM/PM control related quality systems like PDR .
• To support in implementation of SAP based approach in control of RM, Semi Finished Products and FG.
• Ensure that the laboratory is managed efficiently and all the equipments are timely calibrated and in good state of work.
• Ensure that updated and standardized work instructions are available for product/packaging analysis.
• Ensure compliance related to regulatory needs like FSSAI through timely conduction of external laboratory analysis .
• To keep checking the analytical capabilities through conduction of proficiency testing.
• To participate in global analytical network and ensure global protocols of analysis are implemented and facilities are available.
• To ensure all the documents and records are properly controlled and updated.
• To ensure the laboratory teams are updated with the right methods and practices.
