Customer Acquisition Specialist

This is a full-time remote role.

• Generating leads and sales: Responsible for generating leads for events and exhibitions.
• Maintaining and updating major exhibitions and exhibitors details pan India
• Fixing up of the meetings with the interested and potential customers.
• Using LinkedIn to reach the relevant marketing or procurement department person.
• Maintaining records: maintain accurate records of customer interactions in a database.

Skills required:

• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in telesales or customer service roles
• Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
