Job Description
As a Customer Acquisition Analyst, you will work with the team to generate qualified leads, identify and maintain relationships with sales prospects, and move them to the evaluation stage.
- Initiating telephone and email contact with potential prospects from website registrations and lead generation lists; cold calling as needed
- Qualifying leads generated from marketing campaigns (Google AdWords, Live chat, website traffic, email campaigns, and events)
- Communicating with leads to overcome objections and determine if a need exists between the product and the potential customer
- Route qualified opportunities to the inside sales team for further development and closure
- Thoroughly qualify all sales opportunities and move them to the evaluation stage
Requirements
- UG/ PG Any specialization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Primarily working in the US shift and occasionally on Europe shift as required
Chennai

- Telephonic Interview
- Candidates clearing telephonic interview will be called for face to face interview (Zoom/Google Meet)
