Job Title: Information Security Specialist or IT Compliance Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Information Security Specialist to strengthen our IT team. You will lead efforts to ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 standards, manage risk, and enhance our security processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and maintain compliance with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 standards.

- Coordinate internal and external audits and manage documentation.

- Develop and update security policies and procedures.

- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

- Train employees on security policies and best practices as required.

- Collaborate with teams to align IT operations with compliance goals.

Qualifications

- Experience: 2-3 years in an IT role with responsibilities in security or compliance.

- Expertise: Hands-on experience with ISO 27001 and/or SOC 2 processes.

- Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.

- Preferred: ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certifications.
