Job Role: Manager/Senior Manager
The key areas of responsibilities are as follows:
- Work closely with the Sales & Distribution team to identify and target existing and potential clients within each segment / channel for passive business.
- Achieve targeted sales numbers through the assigned channel partners.
- Establish, grow and manage investment relationships with clients.
- Acquire new clients through market intelligence and regular engagements.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve results and closely collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Provide and deliver presentations for meetings, seminars and webinars as appropriate to represent the organization.
- Responsible for increasing volumes for ETFs on the exchange.
- Provide feedback on market trends and client needs.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies in all sales activities, maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct.
Knowledge & Essential Skills:
- Proven expertise in selling investment products
- Need very good understanding and knowledge of equities, fixed income commodities products etc. Need good understanding of drivers of risk and returns of different asset classes.
- Ability to think through & implement necessary strategies to ensure smooth process.
- High energy and entrepreneurial mindset to grow passive business.
- High standard of public peaking and presentation experience.
