We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Portfolio Management Services (PMS) Operations team.
As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations, from order execution to compliance adherence.
Responsibilities :
Order Management :
- Efficiently generate orders for both pool and non-pool clients within the wealth spectrum platform.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of buy and sell orders.
Reconciliation :
- Conduct daily reconciliations between PMS and Depository Participant (DP) systems to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for reconciliation processes.
Redemption Processing :
- Process redemption requests for PMS and mutual fund investments.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of redemption requests.
Closure Requests :
- Scrutinize and process closure requests for client accounts.
- Verify all necessary documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Additional Purchase Processing :
- Process additional purchase requests from clients in a timely manner.
- Ensure accurate input of data and adherence to investment guidelines.
Fee Processing :
- Instruct the custody team to debit client accounts for monthly fees.
- Settle fee payments in the wealth spectrum application.
Regulatory Compliance :
- Check and upload SEBI reports as per regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
- Handle various compliance-related tasks, including record-keeping and documentation.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Bachelor's/ master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, especially equity and debt investments.
- Proficiency in using wealth management and portfolio management software.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
