We are hiring for Area Service Manager - Home Appliance company at Patiala, Chandigarh or Surat location.

Job Responsibilities :

- Responsible for services & maintenance operations

- Communicated product quality and market comparisons by creating sales presentations.

- Achieving Revenue through Spare parts delivery & marketing

- Responsibility of Inventory Management & parts Paining

Responsible for achieving KPI - Customer satisfaction index, Call escalation management, Call management, TAT, AMC.

- Provide training to All SSD & ASP Technician & provide Technical Support.

- Dealer Evaluation & ASP Network Expansion & Participant in Kaizen & 5s Activity.

- Conferred with customers about concerns with products or services to resolve problems and drive sales.

- Trained and regularly mentored associates on performance-oriented strategies and customer service techniques.

- Resolved customer complaints while prioritizing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
