Roles and Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead a recruitment team of at least 20 members, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
- Recruitment Expertise: Manage recruitment processes for all levels, with a focus on delivering top talent across diverse roles.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted partner and point of contact.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee the operational management of service delivery, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on recruitment needs and strategies.
- Recruitment Strategy: Analyze hiring trends and optimize recruitment processes to meet organizational goals.
- Service Delivery: Ensure high-quality service delivery, maintaining KPIs, and driving customer satisfaction.
- Target Achievement: Meet personal targets and contribute to the team's overall success and profitability.
- Account Development: Identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in team management (handling teams of 20+ members).
- Strong expertise in recruitment, team management, and client management.
- Ability to identify new opportunities and collaborate with local contacts to add value to the organization.
- Experience in managing key stakeholder relationships and optimizing service delivery.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
