Business Head - Construction Finance (10-25 yrs)

Location: Mumbai / Delhi / Pune / Bangalore

Key responsibilities:

1. Setting up the Construction Finance business from scratch and ramp up the same in PAN India

2. Closely working with Credit, Product and Policy teams to implement the product

3. Identifying and laying out sales channels & process, key relationships and markets for the product launch

4. Extensive competition mapping

5. Building the entire Construction Finance sales team from scratch

The role will report into the CBO.

Mandatory requirements:

1. MBA / PGD in Management Studies

2. Atleast have handled 2-3 regions / zones for Construction Finance

3. Atleast 10+ years of relevant experience

4. Must have handled a team as well

5. Experience in Residential properties is a must

6. Experience in Commercial and warehouse is good to have
