What You Will Be Doing
- End to end recruiting ownership & accountability for niche hiring
- Designs develop and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
- Experience in the market and competitive mapping
- Ability to advise the recruitment team and business on recruitment, channel and branding best practices.
- Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source
- Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
- Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies
- Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process
- Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization
- Conducts job interviews for the managerial job positions (or key jobs in the organization)
- Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
- Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches)
- Research and choose job advertising options
- Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
- Recommend ways to improve our employer brand
- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
- Build professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners
- Work on enriching candidates experience
What You Will Need for this Position
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree and professional experience in a similar industry is essential
- Overall 15+ years of experience and 8+ years of People Management experience
- Good knowledge of candidates sourcing methods
- Experience using online recruiting sources for job postings and resume sourcing (Monster, Naukri, LinkedIn, other social and non-social channels)
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Understanding of Recruitment Marketing software is a plus
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal, presentation and interaction skills
- Should be flexible to work on weekends and stretched hours
