Senior Manager/Director - Analytics Consulting/Advisory - SaaS (9-16 yrs)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented leader to establish and spearhead our new Hospitality Analytics Advisory function within our Analytics team at one of the world's largest SAAS organisation in Gurgaon. In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our customer success by providing expert guidance and driving adoption of our advanced hospitality analytics solutions.

Who You Are :

- A seasoned professional with a minimum of 9+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with a focus on revenue management, group business insights or event design.

- Proven track record of leading and developing teams, with a strong ability to motivate, mentor, and foster a collaborative environment.

- Demonstrated expertise in hospitality analytics, possessing a deep understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue management principles.

- Strong analytical skills with experience in data mining, visualization, and storytelling to translate complex insights into actionable recommendations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including customers, prospects, industry experts, and partners.

- Adept at content creation, possessing a talent for crafting compelling and informative presentations, reports, and other communication materials.

- A passionate and engaging trainer, with the ability to effectively train and coach team members across all three advisory functions: data analytics, content creation, and engagement delivery.

What You Will Do:

- Lead the strategic development and implementation of the Hospitality Analytics Advisory function.

- Recruit, build, and develop a high-performing team of analytics advisors with expertise in the hospitality industry.

- Partner with customer success and sales teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored advisory solutions.

- Leverage deep industry knowledge and analytical expertise to provide actionable insights and recommendations that drive business value for our hospitality clients.

- Develop and deliver impactful training programs to equip the advisory team with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in all three advisory functions: data analytics, content creation, and engagement delivery.

- Foster strong relationships with industry experts, partners, and key opinion leaders to stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices.

- Regularly analyze the effectiveness of the advisory function, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to ensure continuous optimization.
