Role & responsibilities

Admin related Activities

• Answering telephone calls, responding to queries, and replying to emails.
• Keep a check on the office maintenance staff for regular cleanliness.
• Preparing housekeeping expense reports and budgets.
• Managing office required supplies and ordering new supplies as needed (stationery, utilities etc.)
• Systematically filing important company documents.
• Forwarding all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to staff members.
• Scheduling meetings and booking conference rooms.
• Hiring /maintaining contact records of brands/ IT for asset maintenance/repair or replace of damaged office equipment.
• Travel management of seniors in the office by booking tickets and coordinating schedules and travel itineraries.
• Printing related materials, proof reading, price negotiations etc.
• Onboard vendors/partners for departments as per the requirements.
