Responsibilities:

Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify qualified IT candidates.
Screening: Conduct initial screening of candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role.
Interviewing: Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to evaluate their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Candidate Management: Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Job Posting: Create and post job descriptions on appropriate job boards and company career pages.
Employer Branding: Promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
Offer Negotiation: Negotiate compensation packages and employment terms with candidates.
Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
