...ll your work and suddenly told you to relieve the company without proper reason. They didn't provide salary for me. 2. Daily 12-15 hours you have to work. 3. Owner directly Pressure you. And he irritate you every day. 4. You dont get recognition for your work 5. No proper management, no team support. You have to get the project and work for them. And give share to owner. 6.dont waste your 1 or 2 months of your life.(because you can only sustain that time only)

1. Simply waste. Shut down the company then only lots of people can save their life

Working as a Test engineer at Pentabay Softwares has been a rewarding experience .The work environment is collaborative and supportive ,offering great opportunities for professional growth. The team is skilled ,and management is approachable. I'm proud to be part of such an innovative and quality-driven company

Team mates are good and supportive. Except for the other workers and the supportive HR team this company is the worst place to work in.

If you are a fresher or in beginning stages of your career won't recommend this company worst for beginners. No proper communication from TL. You have to spend atleast 9+ hrs in office timings are mostly 9.30am-7pm+ and Saturdays are working. No proper work culture.

Excellent place to work. if you want to work on the latest technologies the best place to work. All interact well and no differentiation between levels of employees. Salaries hiked based on performance frequently without even us asking for it.
