Accounts & Admin Executive Job Summary
The selected candidate shall be responsible for the accounting & administrative functions of the company
Responsiblities and Duties
Prepare and maintain accounts that will be reviewed and used by an outside CA firm to prepare tax returns and perform the annual financial audit.
Recording of cash receipts and bank deposits and monthly reconciliations of bank accounts.
Oversee processing of accounts payable and receivable and ensure prompt collection of receivables.
Oversee and maintain contracts with related vendors & purchase supplies and equipment as authorized.
Tag and monitor fixed assets and equipment, maintaining a property ledger for IT and non-IT equipment.
Maintain updated policies and ensure compliance to all policies, employee personnel files and serve as point of contact for all payroll/benefits inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt, courteous and appropriate resolution.
Oversee work by housekeeping staff and ensure hygiene & upkeep of the office.
Required Experience and Qualifications
Experience in book-keeping, Tally software, accounting, GST / PT / TDS calculations, and compliance.
Knowledge of admin functions preferred.
A good knowledge of MS Office and a pleasing personality are required.
