Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies and programs.
- Analyze customer data to identify churn risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Proactively engage with customers to build relationships and understand their needs.
- Create and execute targeted communication campaigns to improve customer engagement and retention.
- Monitor customer feedback and identify areas where we can improve the customer experience.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to address customer concerns and improve product offerings.
- Track and report on key customer retention metrics (e.g , churn rate, customer lifetime value).
- Develop and manage customer loyalty programs.
- Conduct customer surveys and gather feedback to understand customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest customer retention trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in customer retention or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with customer data analysis.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g , Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Data-driven approach and a focus on results
