About the Role:
The Market Head of Sales will lead and manage the sales strategy for the assigned region. This role requires a dynamic and experienced professional to drive revenue growth, oversee the sales team, and implement innovative strategies for market penetration. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of the real estate industry, exceptional leadership qualities, and a results-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development and Execution:
- Sales Strategy Development and Execution Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify new opportunities for growth in the market, ensuring maximum market share.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- In-depth understanding in creating RTM and distribution expansion.
2. Team Leadership and Management:
- Team Leadership and Management Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Set clear goals, track performance, and provide regular feedback to ensure targets are met.
- Foster a positive team environment and encourage team development through training and coaching.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Actively engage with high-value clients and address any challenges or issues promptly.
4. Sales Performance Analysis:
- Sales Performance Analysis Track and analyze sales metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue forecasts.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on sales trends and market conditions.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align on strategy and improve the customer journey.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and product understanding in the sales process.
6. Compliance and Process Optimization:

- Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- MBA from tire 1 institute
- 8+ years of experience in sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and analytical mindset with a data-driven approach.
- Ability to lead and inspire a sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
