Manager - Google Ads || Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and optimize PPC campaigns to achieve lead generation, ROI, and brand awareness goals.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze campaign metrics, provide actionable insights, and generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Keyword Research & Targeting: Conduct in-depth keyword analysis to identify high-performing search terms and audience segments.
• A/B Testing: Implement ad copy, landing page, and targeting experiments to maximize conversions and reduce CPC.
• Budget Management: Allocate and manage campaign budgets effectively to meet business objectives.
• Collaboration: Work closely with SEO, content, and design teams to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing strategies.
• Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and algorithm updates to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of hands-on experience in managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and Excel.
• Certification in Google Ads and other relevant platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving lead generation and ROI targets.
