Accounts Payable Executive|| Hyderabad or Delhi(9-12 month contractual

Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day transactional level work on the Accounts Payable cycle and Treasury function within a group entity.
• Data Entry for Accounts payable Invoices on the Accounting Software (Unit 4 Agresso) training will be provided.
• Processing high volumes of daily/weekly/monthly payments on bank portals, ensuring completeness and accuracy in a timely manner.
• Managing high volume of telephone and email enquiries on a daily basis from internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring full resolution
• Daily reconciliation and check of all outgoing payments, and entering these into Unit 4 Agresso
• Creation of payment on Bank related to Agents Invoices, also post payment entries for the same in Accounting Software
• Supplier reconciliation and handling queries related to the issues.
• Tracing payment issues and liaising with banks for investigations.

Skills and Expertise:

• 4 8 years’ experience in a relevant Accounts Payable role, preferably in a UK-based company
• Excellent knowledge and experience of managing multi-entity accounts in the context of a wider group of companies.
• Conversant with fundamental Accounts Payable policies and processes, preferably in the education sector
• Proficiency in spoken and written English Language
• Proof of a high level of verbal & written communication skills
• Demonstrable Excel proficiency (Intermediate)
• Familiarity with Accounting Software, preferably Unit 4 Agresso
• Excellent planning, organisation and prioritisation skills are essential to this role.
