Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable content and campaign strategies.
• Regularly communicate updates, gather feedback, and provide reports on campaign performance.

Content Planning & Strategy:

• Develop and execute detailed content calendars tailored to each clients goals and audience.
• Brainstorm creative campaign ideas aligned with industry trends and client requirements.
• Collaborate with in-house designers, videographers, website developers, and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of all assets.

Strategic Thinking & Brand Building:

• Work on holistic brand requirements, including but not limited to:
• Collaborating with the website team to build or revamp websites.
• Developing visual brand identities in coordination with the design team.
• Designing product launch strategies and other brand initiatives.
• Conceptualizing and executing innovative campaigns to enhance brand presence and achieve client goals.

Social Media Management:

• Write engaging, high-quality content for posts, captions, descriptions, and ads.
• Schedule and publish content on platforms like Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and others.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and queries to maintain an excellent online reputation (ORM).

Campaign Management & Reporting:

• Track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations to improve results.
• Prepare detailed performance reports for clients, highlighting key metrics and insights.Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in a marketing agency is mandatory.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in managing Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, and other platforms.
• Strong content writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent project management skills to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign data and generating insights.
• Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and tools.
