Collection Team Lead

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team responsible for collection of outstanding debts from customers.
  
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely recovery of bad debts through various channels (telephone calls, emails, visits).
  
• Develop strategies to improve collections efficiency and reduce delinquencies.
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer queries and disputes.
  
• Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in credit collection or related field.
  
• Strong knowledge of Collections Process, Debt Collection, Debt Management, Debt Recovery, Payment Collection, Recovery Operations, and Recovery.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate effectively over phone/email/in-person meetings.
