Role & responsibilities :
⦁ Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service Operations (Insurance experience preferred).
⦁ Provide complete and accurate information about products and services to customers.
⦁ Offer end-to-end resolution for customer queries related to claims, endorsements, and services by coordinating with cross-functional teams and insurers.
⦁ Resolve all product or service-related issues via calls and emails.
⦁ Achieve productivity standards while maintaining speed and accuracy in daily tasks.
⦁ Consistently meet and exceed SLA targets as assigned periodically.
⦁ Demonstrate the ability to learn about products/services and explain them effectively to prospects.
⦁ Understand customer requirements and close queries efficiently, including post-sales resolutions.
⦁ Respond promptly and effectively to all internal and external communications.
Skills to succeed:
⦁ Proficiency in using ticketing tools like Freshdesk.
⦁ Confidence and dynamism in customer interactions.
⦁ Strong focus on customer satisfaction with a problem-solving mindset.
⦁ Excellent interpersonal, listening, and negotiation skills.
⦁ Ability to convert customer interest into actionable sales opportunities.
⦁ Quick learner, creative thinker, and team player with a results-driven attitude.
⦁ Passionate about delivering quality work outputs.
