Required Experience:
- Gained 8+ years of experience in product management in agile development environments
- Shown your passion for developing PMs at varying stages of their careers
- Demonstrated your customer-focused, outcome-motivated, and data-motivated mindset
- Influenced and aligned many areas of the business around a common goal
- Successfully guided a product s lifecycle through strategic and creative thinking
- Built operational excellence within your team
- Must have good social skills with demonstrated abilities in working collectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in communicating product strategies to senior Heads and getting alignment on the path forward
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Used metrics to deep-dive into issues and uncover business-driving trends and patterns
- Must have relevant experience in building SaaS products. Experience in building a consumer grade user experience is preferable
