Job Description
- Drive the execution of product features in the Expense Management by teaming up with engineering and design teams
- Gain a deep comprehend of our customers, contest, and the spend management landscape
- Actively participate in product discovery sessions, gathering feedback to validate and refine the solutions
- Prioritize the product backlog, breaking down complex functionality into epics and user stories
- Present product updates and progress to internal stakeholders, including guiding teams
- Monitor post-launch performance of product features, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement
- Advocate for a seamless user experience by incorporating both quantitative and qualitative data into choice-making
Required Experience:
- Gained 3-5 years of experience in product management building SaaS products
- Must be customer focused, outcome motivated and should be able to think strategically
- Strong ability to team up with engineering and design teams and successfully work with global teams fostering alignment and effective communication
- Excellent critical-thinking, problem-solving, and choice-making skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present ideas and updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Capable of balancing short-term execution with long-term strategic planning
- Experience in building a consumer grade user experience is preferable
