Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Liaison with Insurer/Brokers/Clients for servicing their Group Medical Policy
  • Identify new opportunities and prepare to retain existing clients.
  • Give presentations on Medi Assist service offerings & credentials to Insurer/Brokers/Clients.
  • Interaction with internal servicing team to resolve and grievance of broker/client/insurer.
  • Review/Agree and discuss on the regional sales targets and new business addition.
  • Maintain Sales Funnel (TPA changes + Broker changes + new clients)
  • Discussion & Contacting Pre& Post Sales requirement on SLA Client on-boarding.
