Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Liaison with Insurer/Brokers/Clients for servicing their Group Medical Policy
- Identify new opportunities and prepare to retain existing clients.
- Give presentations on Medi Assist service offerings & credentials to Insurer/Brokers/Clients.
- Interaction with internal servicing team to resolve and grievance of broker/client/insurer.
- Review/Agree and discuss on the regional sales targets and new business addition.
- Maintain Sales Funnel (TPA changes + Broker changes + new clients)
- Discussion & Contacting Pre& Post Sales requirement on SLA Client on-boarding.
