Senior Accountant/Accounts Officer

1. Preparation of Standalone & Consolidated Balance Sheets on quarterly basis & Notes to Accounts in accordance with Ind AS

2. Preparation of details relating to Relating party transactions (standalone & consolidated)

3. Preparation of published results

4. Preparation of Audit Committee / Board papers

5. Preparation of cost sheets

6. Working on contingent liabilities of the company for reporting in financial statements

7. Checking of XBRL converted Annual report (standalone and consolidated) for ROC filing

8. TDS/GST Returns

9.Proficiency in MS-Word and MS-Excel is must.
