Sales and Service Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

To prepare and send quotations to Customers

To book sales order , to prepare invoices , E- invoices , E- way bill as per sop,

To follow up with customer for pending quotations , order execution formalities, Pending payment , delivering high standards of service

To follow-up with production , stores & design for our release and material readiness

To prepare MIS

To maintain engineers expense record, visit data reports

To coordinate with travel desk for engineer ticket booking & accounts for advance payment arrangement

To follow up and build relationship with clients ( Internal & External) for smooth execution

To ensure all timelines are maintained and any gaps , shall be escalated
