We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager with 2 to 5 years of experience in marketing, ideally with a background in agriculture and international markets. The candidate will be responsible for conducting market research, developing high-impact marketing content, supporting sales efforts, and executing product launches. Key responsibilities include competitive analysis, customer feedback analysis, and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive business growth.
This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Marketing, to ensure successful product positioning and market leadership in international markets.
Job description:
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive insights. Use this research to guide product development and marketing strategies.
Content Creation: Produce high-impact marketing collateral centered on our products including product documentation, implementation guides, and FAQs. Collaborate with other members of the Marketing team on the creation and maintenance of product-related collateral including commercial materials, whitepapers, case studies, data sheets, videos, webinars, and site content, that effectively communicate product value, Customer Insights: Gather and analyse feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and innovation. Use customer insights to guide product enhancements and roadmap decisions.
Competitive Landscape: Monitor and assess the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation and market leadership.
Sales Support: Provide ongoing support to the sales team, including helping them address customer inquiries and objections about our products, participating in sales presentations when necessary. Manage campaigns across various channels (email, social media, events) to drive lead generation and conversion.
Product Launches & Process: In close partnership with Product Marketing leadership, collaborate with Product, commercial teams, and your peers in Marketing to plan and execute product launches, including defining target audiences, messaging, and marketing campaigns. Implement, evolve, and enforce processes associated with best-in-class product launch cycles.
