Position Overview:
The Sales Coordinator is a key role within our software sales company, responsible for providing support to the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Sales Coordinator will handle administrative tasks, manage customer inquiries, assist with sales documentation, and coordinate between different departments to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support: o Assist the sales team with the preparation and management of sales documents, proposals, contracts, and reports. o Manage Leads and leads assignment o Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems with accurate and timely information.
2. Customer Interaction: o Contact Leads and arrange product Demonstrations. o Provide necessary information regarding products and services. o Follow up with customers post-sales to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
3. Administrative Duties: o Organize and maintain sales materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible to the team.
4. Coordination and Collaboration: o Assist in the planning and execution of sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
5. Process Improvement: o Identify opportunities to streamline and improve sales processes and administrative tasks. o Participate in the development and implementation of new sales strategies and initiatives. o Provide training and support to new sales team members on company policies, procedures, and software tools.
Familiarity with software sales processes and terminologies.
Basic understanding of software development and IT industry trends.
