Role & responsibilities

1. Accounting and Financial Management:

- Manage and oversee accounting functions, including financial statement preparation, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.

2. Auditing and Assurance:

- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Identify and recommend improvements to internal controls and processes.

3. Financial Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

4. Compliance and Risk Management:

- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including tax laws and financial reporting requirements.

- Identify and mitigate financial risks.

5. Advisory and Support:

- Provide expert advice to management on accounting and auditing matters.

- Support the development and implementation of new accounting and auditing policies and procedures.
