Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for the procurement, inventory management, and maintenance of all tooling, .
• Oversee the design of new tooling as per production requirements.
• Work closely with engineers and production personnel to develop and implement cost-effective tooling solutions.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure that all tooling and equipment meet required specifications
• Oversee daily operations of the tool room, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting production schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Directly interact with customers to understand their requirements and improve professional relationships with clients.

Preferred candidate profile

12-15 years of experience as a Tool Room Manager in a Plastic Injection Moulding industry.
