Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Staffing:

• Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding.
• Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and industry networks to facilitate recruitment.

1. Employee Relations:

• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the values of the fashion retail industry.
• Address employee concerns, conflicts, and conduct investigations when necessary.
• Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance team morale and productivity.

1. Training and Development:
• Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
• Collaborate with department heads to create career development paths for employees.
• Conduct training sessions on HR-related topics and industry-specific skills.

1. Performance Management:
• Administer performance review processes and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Work with management to address performance issues and implement improvement plans.

1. HR Administration:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leave, and other relevant information.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
• Administer benefits and manage employee relations documentation.

1. Employee Recognition and Rewards:

• Develop and implement employee recognition programs to acknowledge outstanding contributions.
• Administer rewards and incentive programs to motivate and retain top talent.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an HR Executive in the retail industry, preferably in fashion retail.
• We are also open to consider a Fresher with good theoretical knowledge regarding statutory compliance
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
