Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy for the East Zone- AP & Telangana in alignment with the overall organizational goals. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Role & responsibilities
Sales and Business Development: Set and achieve sales targets for the zone, monitoring performance against set KPIs. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and distribution channels. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry influencers.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of sales professionals. Provide guidance and support to the team to ensure they meet individual and collective goals.
Market Expansion: Explore and evaluate potential markets for expansion within the region. Implement effective market penetration strategies to maximize business presence and profitability
Preferred candidate profile
15+ years of experience in Agriculture, or a related field. Proven experience in a leadership role within the fertilizer or agri input industry.
