Export Sales Manager/AM (Gurgaon)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the international customer base.
• Identify and establish relationships with global distributors, importers, and OEMs.
• Handle end-to-end export documentation including LC (Letter of Credit), Bill of Lading, Customs Clearance, Shipping & Logistics, and International Trade Compliance.
• Manage and negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with overseas clients.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities in the international automobile market.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export laws, and documentation requirements.
• Collaborate with logistics, finance, and production teams to ensure smooth execution of export orders.
• Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings to expand business opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, competitor activities, and global market trends.

Key Requirements:

• 5-10 years of hardcore sales experience in the automobile industry with a strong focus on exports.
• Expertise in export documentation, international trade regulations, and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of customs clearance, incoterms, freight forwarding, and logistics.
• Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, and key account management for international markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and CRM tools.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.
