Job Description

Position Overview

The Head of Aftermarket & Exports will lead and oversee the sales and business development strategies for both domestic aftermarket and export markets. This role demands strong leadership, a results-driven approach, and a deep understanding of global automotive markets to strengthen existing partnerships and establish new ones. The ideal candidate will have the ability to strategize, execute, and inspire a team to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and business development strategies for the aftermarket and export divisions.
  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities in key domestic and international markets.

2. Sales and Market Development

  • Drive sales growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with distributors, retailers, and OEMs globally.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with key partners, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Oversee pricing, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies for various markets.

3. Team Leadership and Development

  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of sales and marketing professionals.
  • Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics for the team.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

4. Market Analysis and Insights

  • Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Use insights to guide product development, marketing strategies, and business decisions.

5. Operations and Compliance

  • Ensure seamless execution of logistics and compliance with all export regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

6. Brand Building

  • Strengthen the Paramat brand in the aftermarket segment through strategic marketing and partnerships.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and business development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in the automotive industry.
  • Experience in the automotive aftermarket or NVH solutions industry.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.

Working Time

  • Fixed Day Shift.
  • 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM
  • 6 days working. (Sunday Off)
  • Job Location – Gurgaon. (Domestic & International Travel Required)

  • UPTO 30 LPA
