Compensation

INR 5000/15 days. If you clear the first 15 days you are eligible to complete the full internship and get INR 10000 as compensation. You may also be offered a fulltime opportunity with us if you pass the final test.

Working hours

An intern needs to be available for 4 hours a day between 1.30 pm to 5.30 pm between Monday Friday.

Responsibilities

• Help students with their academics by offering step by step answers/examples.
• Understand the client’s requirements.
• Apply logical aptitude and critical thinking.
• Assist clients in understanding the requirements of their projects and provides writing samples.
• Conduct both primary and secondary academic research to meet the research needs of the clients

Guidelines to work

• Get familiar with Paperpedia. Know about its history, work, products, and structure
• Interact and coordinate well with the intern managers
• Take the order pool details from the managers and keep the order pool details saved with you. It will be used for every order acceptance and submission during the internship.
• Take the orientation sincerely as it will create the base of the internship.
• Accept the tasks after checking the order
• Resolve queries related to word count, requirement etc. from managers in the beginning and during the task. The queries should never be discussed after delivering the task
• The quality content is expected so, please research thoroughly and then write
• Say NO to plagiarism- No copy-paste content. There is a 0 percent tolerance policy.

• Always check client message and additional logs to know about other and important details about the requirement
• Focus on presentation of work and follows the format asked in requirement precisely
• Ensure timely deliverability of the work assigned. In unavoidable circumstances, please always ask your managers about extension and as per the situation, managers will act
• Ensure you get the task for each day in the morning itself. Please reach to managers in case no task is assigned
• Discuss your performance with your managers and analyse your strengths and weaknesses
• Possess sincere, dedicative and learning attitude
