Job Summary:

The Central Order Processing Executive is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders, coordinating with various internal departments, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This role involves handling order documentation, resolving discrepancies, and supporting seamless operations in the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Management:
• Receive, review, and process customer orders through the company's ERP/CRM system.
• Verify order accuracy, including product codes, quantities, and pricing, before processing.
2. Coordination:
• Liaise with the sales, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders.
• Communicate with customers to confirm orders and delivery schedules as required.
3. Documentation & Reporting:
• Generate and maintain accurate order-related documentation such as invoices, shipping labels, and order confirmations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on order status and discrepancies for management.
4. Issue Resolution:
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in orders, including pricing, quantity, or delivery issues.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to order processing.
5. System Updates:
• Update order status in the ERP/CRM system and ensure data accuracy.
• Track and manage order changes or cancellations promptly.
6. Compliance:
• Ensure all orders comply with company policies, customer agreements, and legal requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and flag stock shortages that may impact order fulfilment.
7. Continuous Improvement:
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Provide feedback on recurring issues to support system and process enhancements.
