IT recruiter responsibilities include sourcing, screening & providing a shortlist of qualified
candidates for various technical roles.

Understanding Job Requirements: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific needs and skills required for open positions. This involves analyzing job duties, qualifications, and company culture fit.
Sourcing and Attracting Talent: Utilize various methods to find qualified candidates. This can involve job boards, social media recruiting, professional networks, attending industry events, and utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Screening Candidates: Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the job requirements. Conduct phone screenings to assess qualifications and fit.
Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring both parties are prepared.
Candidate Evaluation: Conduct initial interviews, assess skills and experience, and provide feedback to hiring managers.
Offer Negotiation: Negotiate salary and benefits packages with qualified candidates who receive offers.
Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company.
Building Relationships: Develop strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers to build a talent pipeline and foster positive interactions.
Staying Informed: Keep up-to-date on industry trends, best practices in recruiting, and legal requirements.
