Recruitment:

Employee Relations:

Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts effectively.

Assist with performance management processes.

Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.

HR Administration:

Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws.

Process payroll and benefits.

Assist with employee training and development programs.

Manage employee leave requests and attendance tracking.
