Job Description
Pandora Hotels Resorts India Private Limited is looking for Manager Sales to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Manage a sales team and ensure that they meet or exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Build and maintain customer relationships to promote loyalty and repeat business
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets
- Provide sales training and support to the sales team to help them achieve their targets
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team and provide feedback and coaching as needed
- Prepare and submit sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and product development, to develop sales and marketing materials and strategies
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a sales team
