HR Coordinator

Role & Responsibilities

To support regional HR in coordinating and aligning HR activities:

Talent Acquisition:

• Coordinating for staff requisition approvals with respective heads
• Maintaining database of approved position and keeping track of same
• Coordinating for documents with selected candidates
• Follow up with joining candidate for pre-joining process
• Ensuring pre joining process (joining template, Tab, laptop, business card ID card etc..)
• Post joining process (IT request, Bank account opening letter, etc.)

Payroll:

• Coordinating and submitting on time accurate payroll data for PLSIPL and Third-Party employees
• Handling queries related to payroll

HRIMS:

• Maintaining and following up for confirmations
• On time releasing confirmation letters of employees
• Maintaining data related to transfer of employees
• Maintaining data related to trainings
• Maintaining PIP database
• Maintaining data related to attrition

Exit Process:

• Coordinating for separation process with exiting employee
• Making necessary request in system for exiting employee

Other Support:

• Coordinating and following up for mediclaim intimation and documents from employees
• Coordinating for Employee Engagement activities
• Supporting Regional HR is arranging trainings
• Supporting Regional HR in admin activities

Preferred candidate profile

• Understanding of HR processes
• Good Communication skills
• Good in MS-Office
• Graduate degree from a recognized university
• MBA with specialization in HR
