Job Title: Telecalling Sales Executive
Roles & Responsibilities:
Sales Calls:
- Make calls to potential customers to sell products or services.
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Explain the features and benefits of the product or service clearly.
Customer Interaction:
- Build relationships with customers over the phone.
- Answer any questions and address concerns about the product or service.
- Upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
Data Management:
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
- Update customer details in the system after each call.
- Follow up on previous calls and maintain customer information.
Sales Targets:
- Work towards achieving daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets.
- Keep track of progress and report results to managers.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and persuasive skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (to use CRM systems, etc.).
- Confident and outgoing personality.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Eligibility:
- Freshers or candidates with no prior experience are welcome.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
