Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven CRM Manager to oversee our customer relationship management strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our CRM system, optimizing customer interactions, and driving customer engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in CRM management or a similar role.

- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and customer engagement tactics.
