Key Responsibilities:

• Productivity Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity at both the individual and team levels. Identify inefficiencies in workflows and processes and create solutions to address them.
• Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data on team performance, resource utilization, and operational effectiveness. Generate actionable insights and recommendations to improve productivity and achieve business goals.
• Process Improvement: Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline processes, reduce bottlenecks, and eliminate waste. Use lean management principles and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance operational performance.
• Project Management: Oversee productivity-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to goals. Coordinate with different departments to implement changes smoothly.
• Training & Development: Work with HR and leadership teams to develop training programs that promote productivity, time management, and process efficiency. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor productivity levels across departments. Regularly assess and report on performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team leaders, department heads, and other stakeholders to gather feedback, understand challenges, and ensure productivity initiatives align with company objectives.
• Technology Integration: Evaluate and recommend productivity-enhancing tools and technologies, ensuring teams have the resources they need to perform at their best.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Preferable but not mandatory: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration & Lean Six Sigma.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in handling civil/construction projects with a proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements and driving productivity gains.

• Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with productivity software and tools.
• Ability to lead teams and manage change effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:

• 9 AM to 6 PM Hybrid Working Conditions
• Travelling will be required based on need hence a mode of travel is mandatory (Two-Wheeler or any other vehicle)
