Job Description
- Planning & managing overall facility and administrative support services.
- Conducting periodic inspections at sites ensuring flawless technical, housekeeping, security and other services, will be managing maintenance of all technical equipment.
- To ensure consistency in terms of standards and procedures, work practices, through OMs and Facility Managers.
- To conduct the daily meetings with the Site Manager to ensure smooth day to day operations.
- Ensure all statutory compliances and processes are completed for the site.
- Responsible for all client interactions & client service reviews.
- Weekly reviews with the OMs and Facility Manager on the services.
- Suggest and plan along with the Facility / Ops Manager, innovative and cost effective solutions for the site.
- To work on the operational processes at sites along with the respective managers and review of the processes and whether the same can be more effectively used for efficient work.
- Responsible for all needed coordination with the Account Head and Corporate & Base office.
- Responsible for MIS and profitability of site as per terms.
- To lead and train a team of OMs and Facility managers in the Area / Region
- Structured operational reviews.
- Maintains property, maintaining and securing premises.
- Accomplishes financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective action.
- Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units and completing repairs, planning renovations, contracting with landscaping and snow removal services
- Maintains building systems by contracting for maintenance services and supervising repairs.
- Secures property by contracting with security patrol service, installing and maintaining security devices, establishing and enforcing precautionary policies and procedures, and responding to emergencies.
- Enforces occupancy policies and procedures by confronting violators.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
